Revenge

Blondie - One Way Or Another Lyrics

One way or another, I'm gonna find ya' I'm gonna get ya', get ya', get ya', get ya'

One way or another, I'm gonna win ya' I'm gonna get ya', get ya' ,get ya', get ya'

One way or another, I'm gonna see ya' I'm gonna meet ya', meet ya', meet ya', meet ya'

One day maybe next week, I'm gonna meet ya' I'm gonna meet ya', I'll meet ya'

I will drive past your house and if the lights are all down I'll see who's around

One way or another, I'm gonna find ya' I'm gonna get ya', get ya', get ya', get ya'

One way or another, I'm gonna win ya' I'll get ya', I'll get ya' One way or another, I'm gonna see ya' I'm gonna meet ya', meet ya', meet ya', meet ya'

One day maybe next week ,I'm gonna meet ya' I'll meet ya' ahAnd if the lights are all out I'll follow your bus downtown See who's hangin' out

One way or another, I'm gonna lose ya' I'm gonna give you the slip A slip of the lip or another I'm gonna lose ya' I'm gonna trick ya', I'll trick ya'

One way or another, I'm gonna lose ya' I'm gonna trick ya', trick ya', trick ya', trick ya'

One way or another, I'm gonna lose ya' I'm gonna give you the slip

I'll walk down the mall, stand over by the wall Where I can see it all, find out who ya' call Lead you to the supermarket checkout, some specials and rat food

Get lost in the crowd One way or another I'm gonna get ya' I'll get ya' I'll get ya', get ya', get ya', get ya'Where I can see it all, find out who ya' call

Leave it to Bieber: Pop star takes revenge via Twitter

August 17, 2010

Justin Bieber may have a cute, floppy haircut, but don't mess with him and his Twitter muscle, as a Detroit teen found out over the weekend. Fifteen-year-old Kevin Kristopik told the Detroit Free Press that, yes, he had been invading the singer's privacy, but that doesn't mean he's happy that Bieber tweeted Kristopik's phone number and the message "everyone call me … or text" to the pop idol's 4.5 million followers Saturday night.

Toddler was victim of revenge shootings

Police say gunman targeted Pa. man

July 05, 2011|By Laura J. Nelson, Globe Correspondent

For weeks, Kathryn Erdmann of Fall River had been talking about her Fourth of July plans: a trip to rural Pennsylvania with her toddler son, where she would meet her boyfriend’s aunt and uncle for the first time.

Then came Saturday night, authorities said, when career criminal Mark Richard Geisenheyner burst into the Montgomery County vacation home where Erdmann was staying. Holding a gun, he was seeking vengeance for a 2006 insurance fraud scheme that landed him in prison.

The shootings that followed killed Erdmann’s 2-year-old son, Gregory, and her boyfriend, Joseph Shay, 43, of Yarmouth, authorities said. Erdmann, 37, of Fall River, as well as her boyfriend’s aunt and uncle, Paul and Monica Shay of New York City, were all seriously injured and taken to nearby hospitals, with Monica Shay’s injuries described as life-threatening.

UN urges Libya to prevent revenge killings

Attention focused on treatment of detainees by NTC, especially since ousted leader Muammar Gaddafi was killed after being captured alive.

GENEVA - United Nations human rights investigators called on Libyan authorities on Tuesday to ensure that their forces refrain from revenge killings and humanely treat detainees who fought on behalf of ousted leader Muammar Gaddafi.

"It is extremely important that the NTC (National Transitional Council) and all armed groups in Libya ensure that all detainees under their control, irrespective of their affiliations, are treated with due respect for their human rights," said Philippe Kirsch, chairman of a UN inquiry commission.

"In particular, I would urge all armed forces to refrain from revenge killings and arbitrary repression of Libyans and foreigners."

Attention has been focused on the treatment of detainees by Libya's new authorities, especially since last week when Gaddafi himself was killed after being captured alive.

The Commission of Inquiry is expected to conduct a full investigation into the death of Gaddafi, after UN and human rights groups voiced concerns that he may have been summarily executed, a war crime under international law.

Gaddafi was buried in a secret desert location on Tuesday.

In June, the Commission composed of independent experts recorded serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law committed by Gaddafi's government.
